JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery» has made a request for the formation of a register of securities owners as of 01.03.2019 to compile a list of persons entitled to participate in the annual general meeting of shareholders, which is convened for March 21, 2019.

Date of adoption by the Supervisory Board of JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery» of the decision to hold the annual general meeting of shareholders on 15.02.2019 minutes No. 6.

The agenda of the Meeting:

1. On the results of the financial and economic activities of JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery» in 2018 and the main directions of the Company's activities for 2019.
2. Report of the Supervisory Board of JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery» for 2018.
3. The report of the audit commission on the results of the audit for 2018 and the conclusion on the balance sheet, the profit and loss report, the annual report of JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery». Familiarization of the Company with the conclusion of the auditors.
4. Approval of the annual reports, the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement for 2018.
5. Approval of the distribution of net profit for 2018. On the payment of dividends for 2018.

7. Election of members of the Supervisory Board and members of the Audit Commission of JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery».
8. On the appointment of material remuneration to the members of the Supervisory Board and the audit commission.
9. On approval of the Regulation «On the procedure for determining the amount of remuneration to members of the Supervisory Board».
